Our online rental applications are handled through Revela, if you would like to submit an application online please click the SUBMIT APPLICATION ONLINE link below and enter your information. There is a $50 application fee for each application.
When considering an applicant we look at Credit Score, Employment History, Criminal Background and Eviction Record.
If you have experienced a financial hardship due to a state or federal disaster or emergency, you may submit in good faith a 200 word or less written statement to SailboatBayApts@gmail.com as to how that hardship has affected your credit, employment, or rental history
